Are you using Blackberry Web Client?

If so do the following in G-mail

Go to:
Settings
Fowarding and POP

Select the option for "Forward a copy of incoming messages to..."

Type in your BWC address

ex: yourname@tmo.blackberry.net

The incoming mail into gmail will hit the BWC and be sent to your BB!
