Hi All,

I have been having an issue with some users. When they do lookups on their Handheld, some contact info does not appear: Such as the company name or contacts phone number. I have tested on another user...on the same bes...same device....same OS....and he gets the company name and contact number.

Has anyone ever seen this problem or know of a resolution.

I have tried the battery pull, wipe and restore...even loaded the OS again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you removed the user from the BES and reactivated his device?

Will try that now. I just wiped the device...never removed from BES.

Nope....Didn't work. I've come to realize its a widespread problem. I have took about a 10 user servey, all with same device, same Os...about half have the issue!

Have you considered removing the address lookup file from the service book and resending it?

My apologies in advance I know most people always like to give the cop out resend service book answer but thats the only thing that comes off the top of my head at the moment.
