Thumbs down Whats up with the volume on 4.5.0.69?

I use my Curve as my MP3 player when im in my car and I hate the fact that the volume is so low, its getting to the point where its getting very annoying. Is there a way that I can bring up the volume...I know this has been an issue with the BETAs but its just plain annoying! ...i even tried using the Audio Boost option and it brings it up a little but not enough. anything anyone?

It must be .69 because I have a separate 8310 I use specifically as a media player in my car with Orange Romania .55 and it works awesome. Only complaint I would have is the intial loading of songs is a little slower than my actual daily user phone with .18

Yeah the "audio boost" is pretty useless and nope, no fix. It is just how it is across the board. You may have to go back to 4.2 for now or just use a separate mp3 player in the car.

Maybe RIM was hearing complaints from the carriers needing to replace phones with "speaker issues" because each and every 4.5 OS has been low. They've fixed quite a few other bugs within the 4.5 OS (even the minute ones like the file move bug), but they haven't touched the volume. I'm beginning to think this change might be here to stay.

Don't plan on them to fix the volume issue on the 8310. It has been an issue with every 4.5 version out there. They are clueless.

Every 4.5 I used had low volume when it comes to ringtones. It has to do with 4.5 period! I'm so use to it now I don't even notice it. After using 4.5 so much the volume seems loud to me now.
