The media card problem is known. You have to format it via your blackberry to get it to work properly without resets. But keep in mind that formatting will erase all your media on the card, so take it all off first.

king, that's what I'm suggesting!! just to remove the media, format the card, copy paste the media back in using mass storage mode - viola!! it's easy

Alright I installed it without the memory card and sim card to see if it would make a difference. When it was complete i put them and back and turned it on. I was all excited that everything was there and working. Then i tried out the music and it reseted. : ( So now im gonna try to format it with the phone option and see if that works.

vista...Not sure what you mean installed "it" without the memory card and sim card??

You should have an adapter for the memory card, if you do,
    - Use that to copy all the media onto your PC/Comp
    - Then delete the media off the card
    - Insert the card back into your BB
    - Format the card
    - Plug your BB into your PC (using USB Cable), enable mass storage mode
    - Copy paste the media from your PC back on your BB, and that's it

    What exactly are you doing??

It stinks but you can't just recopy everything back to the card if you have any folders set up. You have to recreate folders on BB then move stuff over into folders. At least that is what I had to do. Every time I tried to just copy everything back over I got the reboot issue again. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

I have been using .69 since this morning. Best OS I have used so far. No memory leak yet. Camera works perfect. Applications open quick. And resetting BB is way faster and my custom theme doesn't change after reset anymore. I'm happy with this OS so far.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

There is an "official" 4.5 release for your device here:

    http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ad.php?t=80830

There are newer BETA versions available as well, but forum rules prohibit us from posting or soliciting links to these releases.

    Hope this helps!

Vista, you can also, insert the card, format it, use mass storage mode to copy paste all your media/files back onto the card by accessing the removable drive you've connected your USB to....
I was not saying it was a must. I first tried to upgrade by having the memory card in and I had alot of issues with it. After I reinstalled with the memory card out, it worked better. So it's just an option.
