Verizon 8130 Pearl - upgrade not showing up
I'm trying to upgrade my Verizon 8130 to the 126.96.36.199 software (file name is 8130uAMEA_PBr4.5.0_rel122_PL188.8.131.52_A184.108.40.206_All Tel.exe), but when I open the desktop manager, it does not prompt me to upgrade (like all the guides say it should) and if I go to applications manually, the OS does not show up at all?
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Where does that .exe install the files to - can I manually point the BB Desktop software to it?
Nevermind! The vendor.xml file was in a different path. I deleted that and it prompted me for the upgrade!
