Goto program files> common > research in motion, the file should be there ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Click the my computer icon> view the files in your C drive. Program files will be there. If you want send me a pin message and I can walk you through it. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Or something that might be easier and faster is do a search for the vendor file after you press the start tab (bottom left of screen) then look for the search tab, click on it and type in the vendor.xlm...the search function will look for it, and it will show in results. Click on the file and delete it.
