I downloaded the blackberry os ver: 188.8.131.522 and when it was installed I checked it on my 8830 and it came out to be ver: 184.108.40.2066 so I tried to repair it just in case and it still did not work my os downgraded from what it was supposed to be
Can someone help to know what I did wrong
have a look in your add/remove apps. See if you have multiple BB OS installs in there. Remove all of them except the newest OS. Does this help?
Gave up on Rogers! Went to Telus!
No it does not have multiple os's installed
I'm thinking the the 220.127.116.112 is the download package version number and the 18.104.22.168 is the application version number. They are two different things. What was the complete filename of the download file you installed?
