Trying to reload deleted apps
When I first got my phone, I deleted certain apps in order to free up space - I did this via the handheld and not DM.
I would like to reinstall one of them (Password Keeper) but when I select the Application Loader on DM, it doesn't offer any of the apps that were preinstalled as an option to reinstall.
How do I go about getting this back on my device?
you would have to download the zip that contains the file's .alx. once you do this open app loader>click add>find file and click open
make sure the app is checked off and it says install to its right
or you can DL the app through an OTA link

Make sure the Device's OS is installed on your PC first
Does anyone know where I could find the alx or an OTA link. I've been unable to find it and that's why I'm struggling with DM.
I did load the device's OS on my pc thinking that would fix the issue, but no such luck. I gues some times problems don't cooperate with the simple fix .
Make sure the OS you loaded on the PC is the same version that's on the handheld.
Thanks for everyone's help!
The problem was with my XP machine, for some reason I couldn't load the device software on it. I did get it loaded on my Vista machine and everything is working well again (I had forgotten that I didn't have it loaded it on my laptop ).
Appreciate everyone's help!
