    TMobile Pearl OS Question!!!! HELP!!!

I currently have a Pearl w/ T-Mobile which is running on my company's BES Server.

I recently upgraded to the latest Desktop and Device OS and ever since then, I am not able to receive my corporate e-mails. Any advice??

I re-downloaded the previous desktop version that I had but I cannot locate the previous OS version for my blackberry.

    Please advise.

Contact your BES admin about rerunning your enterprise activation. You may need to do this becaus the device was wiped and needs to be reconnected.

William is exactly right. You have to do an enterprise activation whenever you load or reload an OS.

Your Desktop Manager at work should recognise that your BlackBerry needs to be activated and offer to do it for you.

    "Should".
