    still cant get HTML to load. 4.5 8130

    Hey guys,

    Hey guys,

    I still can't get the html to come up. I re sent the service books, enabled html emails and told it to download automatically. What am I missing here?

    Try deleting the old/existing service books you have on your bb, and resend, then test out. delete the old ones is the key.

    Go to Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu>Register Now. Then Log into you carriers BIS page and resend the service books. I see you said HTML is set to YES, make sure one more time. In order to HTML in emails, you must highlight what you want to see, press menu, and select get image.

    It appears that in 4.5, HTML requires you to select get images from the menu, even if you have enabled automatic download of images. I have seen in other posts that you must do this one time for each mail recipient. I just installed 4.5.0.55 yesterday.

    Apparently, if one of the recipients sends you mail again, and you have previously allowed downloading images from them, each additional time the images will download automatically.

    I can't see what model device you have but there are some Official 4.5 releases out there. GL

    Yes.. I'm still not getting html.. But I'm still working on it to see what's wrong. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    My 8320 stopped geting HTML yesterday. I had to delete the service books and resend in order to get it started again. If that does not work try deleting the account completly.
