    S/MIME Support Package 4.2 - Where can I find it ?

Does anyone have an idea where I can find the S/MIME Support Package for BlackBerry ?
These are the instructions I found:
    1. Open a web browser on your personal computer and browse to www.blackberry.com/support.
    2. In the BlackBerry Technical Solution Center area, click Log in.
    3. Enter your Technical Support Service subscriber login ID and password.
    4. Click S/MIME Support Packages.
    5. Complete the on-screen instructions.
I followed those instructions but it seems they were wrong or the stuff has been moved.

Since we´re a BB Alliance Member I should have access to that but the problem is finding this stuff. I´m getting crazy !!! Unfornunately RIM hasn´t replied to my email yet.

I needed the S/MIME Support Package too, but after much discussion with BB support, was told that v4.1 was the latest and so had to buy that version. I tried to do this through CDW in the US, because a N.Am colleague told me they were cheap. However, since I'm in the UK, RIM told CDW that they were unable to export the licence, so I ended up buying it through my provider (O2) and eventually got an email with a link to download the installer. Cost was £110+VAT. HTH.
