I have a Pearl, the first one 8100 c AT&T and i upgraded to the 4.5 OS. But I have a problem, everytime i install something and it resets. or I just manually reset it, it deletes all my PINS, and says pending update, if you dont update you will lose all contacts! Also says uncaught exception. HELP!!!! Should i just downgrade or what!?!??!

Do you have Content Protection enabled? I just read in another thread that disabling it solves that problem.

    Vindicated,

Did you by chance do the OS upgrade with a media card in the device?
