No, not really. Noticed it most with .18. No problems with .46 really, but I want to use my camera and that's not possible unless I go back to .18.

On your BB browser go to www.getempower.com. Scroll to free trial and then select 4.5 OS
download and install. If you bought the viewer, go to *Empower Option* in the main Mail menu and scroll to register and click the icon to update registration.
Yes, I had already done this and I turned off native html, and Empower somewhat works but it looks weird. thanks anyways

Another thing I have noticed with 4.5.046 is that every time I listen to music I get asked about the boost feature so I have to select YES or NO. Also my blackberry messenger contacts went away, but if someone that was on my list before sends me a message their name comes back.

Could be the .46, so I'm suggest you wipe your device and re-install .46. I had the same issue with and that's what I did.

Your problem is that you left your poor little Blackberry all alone at home for 7 hours. Who does that? That is why your phone isn't working. It's done this to spite you!

Depends what kind of tips you are looking for? .51 is the latest beta I can see in BU for this model. If you give me a starting point I'd be more than happy to give you more tips.
