.46 working great on my t-mo 8320 but just have a few questions.

I know there have been issues with the voicemail indicator. Most people say that it doesn't come on, but mine wont go off no matter what i do. Is there any way to make the indicator go away when i don't have a voicemail?

Also, i've noticed that on 4.5 the background image during a call is different than the home screen background. I can't seem to change the call screen background image. Anyone know how?

    Thanks,

    Jud

Good luck using .46. I had it for around 2-3 days and it would reboot during/while making calls and it didnt like to sync with my bes server.

I've been able to find every other beta release for the 8800, which is by far the hardest of the GSM models to find, but I'm getting desperate to find a later version than 4.5.0.42. Can anyone PM me with info on how to get 4.5.0.44 for the 8800? keiranwest? I would greatly appreciate it.
check PM...although this says the same thing....42 is the most recent beta out for your model device...there is 4.5.0.52 but it's actually 4.5.0.37, the same OS Vodafone released a month or so ago...sorry...

But yea, use another theme, any stock theme that's built in should be fine.
That is so true - I have now changed to the dimension l and on battery pulls icons still hidden and in the same order. Today plus was not designed to work with 4.5 it would appear.

In my opinion .37 is the best I can do for the 8800 right now. The BB Browser cursor issue with the .37 is way less of a pain than the voicemail issue with the the .42

...but I have seen that keiranwest on Pinstack and xorphan on crackberry claim to have 4.5.0.44 for the 8800. Maybe they are just lying? neither seems to want to give it up.

I did manage to find the German Vodafone 4.5.0.37 for the 8800, I'm going to give it another day of searching for .44/.46/.48 before I try it. I just want to test out BIS 2.5 without having to deal with any beta bugs so I was hoping a version later than .42 on the 8800 could help me do that.
