my voicemail notification fails as well with .42 but .37 never fried my sim either. Now i know so when i get a missed call, i just manually check voicemail.

Anyone notice the Memory Cleaning in the 4.5 OS?

    I didn't notice this on previous versions. I have an 8700 w/ 4.5.0.37 and a 8310 w/ 4.5.0.42

Options --> Security Options --> Memory Cleaning. Disabled by default.

^^ I did see that, but couln't remember if that was in earlier versions not.

Also, I think the SIM frying, was just for 8320's.

just browsed that section after this post... this is a neat feature. Probably will keep bb running spot on! I mentioned this in another post, I don't need to mess with TCP settings for surfing the net. It works without the extra stuff added.

I found it when while I was looking for this OTA Upgrade thing 4.5 is supposed to include.

Anyone know where it is? Or is that for final release?

I am a little nervous about upgrading. I want to, but I have seen a few more negative things then positive when you upgrade. I am afraid I will be one of those that loses everything.
