Would this be a upgrade from 4.5.0.93 for the Blackberry 8120? History was made today. Now is the time, boots on the ground, and let's start the Change Now! |

Question, I am running 4.5.0.55 (Platform 2.7.0.68) on my 8310...any benefit to upgrading to the .81? I did this while waiting for AT&T and it seems pretty stable, but just wondering if there were any small improvments worth upgrading for?

Soooo, this OS from a quite reliable Carrier such as Rogers should be pretty smooth eh? Ive hesitated to upgrade to OS 4.5 while waiting for an official release from at&t because ive read of many different problems from random carrier 4.5s. And quite frankly, my OS 4.2.2.170 that came with my 8310 works GREAT. Never any slight issues at all. It seems that att will not be releasing an official 4.5 for sometime now, maybe never. Whats this i hear of "sound problems" on some 4.5 upgrades, and is this issue resolved on this Rogers release? I dont wanna upgrade my great working, beautifly amazing sounding 8310 if i will run into issues with sound and other nonsense. If anyone would be willing to confirm or shed some light on this please feel free. Thanks to ALL, and have a Great night |
