hi everybody, im new to this sort of thing and just had a question even though it seems kind of dumb but, when i delete my emails now using the 107 OS i dont get the on handheld only or on handheld and inbox options anymore. is it supposed to be that way or is there anyway to get those options back from the .064 OS? any help is greatly appreciated as i have had some issues with this new system. thanx

That is a setting in the email/options/general simply change the confirm delete option to yes.

    Re: new OS question

hey, i found it, the new OS had changed the option under my email reconciliation option. it had it set to delete from the handheld and mailbox all the time so i just changed it to prompt and we're good to go. thanx for the help though, i didnt know you could change the settings of the individual accounts through the carrier like that.
