Oh, it'll be a seamless learning curve; nothing major in the OS changes, just a few back end tweaks (& bugs, as always).

Well its over 6 months since we heard about this update. RIM have handled this very bad. We where all so excited about this and now the hype is gone.

The hype is gone? Have you seen the number of threads on 4.3/4.5? Lol Quite frankly IMHO, the delay can be attributed to several issues they've had with the OS. Java errors, memory leak, and sluggish behavior. If I had to put a timetable on it, I'd say April/May. They still have some bugs to work out.
I saw in an earlier post you've tried an 8100 with video record? Sure it wasn't an 8120/8130?

I tired an early beta version of 4.3 and it was on a 8100 and made for the 8100.

I feel the hype is gone as we have waited for so long. And still no sign of it being released. If we got some info from RIM we could understand the delays but nothing but silence.

So tired of hearing its out in a few weeks we then nothing. Sure the latest rumour is Mid April. So we will pass that in 3 weeks and I guess still be waiting.

Now don't get me wrong I adore my blackberry and could not return to a simple phone anymore.

Why cannt RIM tell us anything? What's the secret?

If they told you we wouldn't have anything to talk about in this thread. I am guessing that this all takes us back to our childhood waiting for christmas and how long it felt to come. I am guessing that all of us in this room did not take it well. The excitment killed us to get our first walkman! LOL
