I hear you but this is the way RIM works. They could solve this by just giving us a date or at least tell us where they are with it. It is a joke that for such an expensive phone there are so many things it cannt do.

I'm telling you, If RIM wanted us to have video recording they could give it to us easy. Has anyone ever wondered why only the CDMA pearl has OS 4.3 with video recording? But GSM BB devices don't? Its because RIM sucks. They are trying to hype sale by talking about all this stuff they are going to release for this phone. I wouldn't be surprised if RIM dropped the update and just made a new device. I mean hell once enough people buy this phone. they wont care anymore.

RIM doesnt care about you or how you feel about your device. They care about your wallet and convincing you there devices are for you!

I'm waiting to come across a cheap phone again so I can get rid of my BB.

The BIG part of this is, they announce BES 4.1SP5 will be out Feb 29th, but more than half of those features will be USELESS until the 4.5 OS finally DOES come out.

I checked with my carrier O2 (UK) & update has been changed from Feb / March to April / May so still a few months off.
