    Help - general Blackberry questions...

I am a new blackberry user and hope you can help me get started:

I got 7230 - I got the latest Desktop Manager Software (4.0.1.12) and Handheld Software bundle Version (4.0.0.185) for it from T-Mobile.com site...

And did the full installations + upgrade (took 18 minutes)...

But I still do not see a browser

Q - How can I get the browser to come up?

Q - What would be the first 5 things you would do? What sites should I visit? What software should I get?

Any tips, tricks, links, suggestions are much appreciated
    Thank you all...

Do you have a blackberry data plan? you need that for the browser to show up. Erase that stuff manualy. Get Google map and get jivetalk if your an msn user.

    Hello All
I have a question...can anyone answer this one. If I change a contacts BB name is there a way to put it back to default back without deleting them and adding them again?

Options-Advance-Host Routing - Click the trackweel and select register now, browser should appear (if you are subscribed to a bb data plan)
    Hope this helps

OS= Blackberry Operating system. You don't need to do anything on your device with the "OS" yet. Once you get more confortable with it and do some reading here on the stacks, then its when the fun (and frustrations.. ) begin.
Feel free to ask any questions, if you ever need to do something with the "OS", we are here to help!
