Ok I have followed all instructions in updating my bb pearl to OS 102 but it's not working my bb is still showing OS .64 what have I done wrong?? when I check the DM to see what OS is running for the BB it says .66 but when I check on the bb itself it still says .64...my DM is Version 421.8 I tried wiping my bb and reinstalling everything, I even deleted old Handheld OS from computer then installing the new OS to computer and nothing vendor.xml file was deleted prior to new software being installed to computer, but nothing bb still has old OS version on it!!! When I attach the bb to comp it does not recognized that there is new OS!! Any suggestions?? and please list any direct link to solving problem...I have not messed with my bb in over almost a year so I m kinda rusty!! Thanks
