    Email woes

Okay, I just got my Pearl and love it, but I"m having trouble with my email.
Is there a way to stop email that I send from my desktop from showing up on my Pearl? Also, when I respond to an email from the Pearly, I get a copy of the letter I just sent in my inbox. I can't seem to find anyplace on the unit to adjust the settings for this.
    Any help is appreciated.

Also is there a way to select all messages on the unit to delete in bulk or to mark as junk mail?

    Thanks,

    Mike

Hi Mike, welcome to the Stacks,

Is your mail thru a BES? (corporate) or BIS (Webmail)?

    Two methods to delete.
    1. Scroll to first message to be deleted. Press and hold the Shift Key (# on the Pearl). Scroll to last message to be deleted. Press Del or Open Menu and select Delete, Confirm Delete if needed.
    2. Scroll to the a Date Bar, Open Menu. Select Delete Prior. Confirm Delete if needed.

    Hope this helps

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

To restrict an email from being delivered to your BlackBerry, a filter is required. Set this up in your BES/BIS settings.

There is no "junkmail" on BlackBerry.
