    Delete BB calendar

    BB > Calendar > Options.

I have two calendars here. One is left over from an old email account. How do I delete them and create a brand new clean one?

    Thanks.

You have to delete the calendar database via BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
In BB Desktop Manager use the menu Save and Restore >>> Advanced Options
Then you see the device databases on the right side and can delete the calendar database.

See, the weird thing is, I tried that. I deleted "Calendar," "Calendar - All," and "Calendar Options." The two calendars are still there.

Yes the same thing has happened to me. I deleted everything, but still when I sync it puts in events that I deleted months ago.

Do you guys happen to have the Funambol plug-in installed? If so, delete it then reinstall it. Somehow it clings to whatever events were made before/after installing it. Or something like that :/

It's 3rd party software. If you've never heard of it, then you couldn't have downloaded it, so don't worry about it. Your problem must be something else. But I recommend just manually deleting the entries while in the BB Calendar interface.

Of course I've done that and yet it still inputs calendar events FROM OUTLOOK into my device when I sync it that are NOT supposed to be there since I deleted them.

    This is what I do.

    1. Delete all appointments from Outlook and then empty the deleted items folder.
    2. Delete all appointments and databases from DM and phone.
    3. Restart both computer and phone.
    4. Once computer is up sync my Outlook with my Google Calendar.
    5. Sync my device with DM and Outlook.
    6. Events from before, and that which I deleted(multiple times), re-enter the phone, BUT not Outlook.

    Why?

...and what in the world can I do?
