    Calling on BES BIS Administrators


    I really need help here. Since installing Beta OS (Now on when performing a Device hard reboot all my BB Messenger contacts are erased. The message that appears is It appears that you have switched devices, do you want to notify you contacts of this change. If No all contacts will be erased.

    I have to delete the SYNC service book restore contacts and then undelete the service book. Does anyone know how to fix this or is this simply a bug.

    Not all users have this issue.

    Please help, as this drives me bonkers.

    I would have them remove you from that device and delete all the cached data on BES and then readd from scratch. This should get rid of the problem. THat is if you on a BES Server. Otherwise, I would complete uninstall Desktop manager and all associated programs and then have it delete the cached data. Then do a reinstall from scratch. This might fix the problem then.
