What are you talking about? The OS? We have all updated----several times----the OS to the phones. It fixes secret bugs and leaks and stuff.

That's what this whole post is about.
Color---it's nothing but a hue of the rainbow...why do people place such importance in it?

Be nice now, you were once new too, the only dumb question is the one that is not asked.

Most of us use the links released by the Carriers. WHich can be found here http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ead.php?t=3311 many of us load OSs form other carriers for certain benifits, or perception of same. As long as you delete the Vendor.xml file Located C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\vendor.xml, you can load any carrers OS, provided it is for your type of phone i.e. 8300 will not load on and 8320. I hope this helps

80% of those who will post here that they have it, don't. They just want you to think they do.

The other 20% actually do have it and are BETA testers.

And to my knowledge, no, it has not been leaked out. However, just like when 4.3 was initially sent to partners it made its way out in days, I would guess this will turn out the same way.

Pretty much at this point, RIM just needs to go ahead and release it on their own IMO. It's no secret anymore. The 4.3/4.5's are pretty much a free-for-all at this point it seems.

THrough Google. putting the OS version number and the device. i have had personal bad lock with it on several devices. and currently only know 1 person, in real life, that is not having problems with it on a 8320 form TMO, on all of mine it did the never ending restart thing.

I would like to see what 4.5 can do in a realesed version, but like you I am wanting a 3G BB and wanting 3G in my area, I am afraid we will get the device a while before the NW though

What media OS DOESN'T have a memory leak? HAH.

And I am glad you mentioned that...time to reboot! Down to 1.5MB!
