    BlackBerry Issues

    Hi,

I have had my BlackBerry Pearl for a while now, I was just wondering, if anyone with the same phone is having the same problem as me. My Blackberry keeps freezing on me, when someone calls, or i need to scroll it freezes, does this happen to anyone? If so, any solution?

Welcome to pinstack. I dont have the pearl but do experience freezing alot. Sometimes it can be a memory issue. Check your memory and see what it looks like.

I agree with the post above also. If your memory isn't close to being maxed out you may want to look into reloading your OS.

    Re: BlackBerry Issues

Welcome to the Stacks Princeasim. You might want to alleviate some of the memory issue by first doing a battery pull reset (take out battery with BB on then wait at least 30 seconds before putting it back in).

I would then go in and delete language programs that you don't use (Options/Advanced/Applications). That should help free up some more memory.

It is also a good idea to do the battery pull reset every couple of days or so to recycle the memory.

    Hope that helps.
