reevemax; I couldn't find 7130g for T-Mobile - try using the SunCom 7130g or Rogers 7130g or Cellular One 7130g. also might want to double check the model under the battery - I know t-mobile has the 7100t & 7105t.

| Re: BlackBerry Device Software Download Sites
This is a first time post for me. I have a t mobile phone that my brother gave me. I will be unlocking later on as I have service through AT&T. My question is, does AT&T have handheld software for the 7100t (yes I looked at the site and all it had was the 7100g)? I'm sure the answer is no but if it did, would I be able to install that software to my current phone? Is there any AT&T software for the 7100t? Thanks in advance! |

Welcome to PinStack wadof. Here is a site that is probably kept up to date better than our links, BlackBerry Desktop and Device Software Download Sites. But, I didn't see a link for Vodafone France. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help with this problem or your BB. Rcbjr |

Hi guys. I just bought an unlocked 8700c and just when i was downloading software from getjar, it seems to have crashed. I was given with a cd that only contains version 4.2.2.14 and now when i connect the phone without the bat, it doesnt show its connected. I've also tried downloading the os but it stops after downloading only 9mb. My download manager cannot be able to resume the broken download. Can someone please upload for me the os file that i can easily download. My phone is unlocked from cingular. Am using my local service provides Safaricom in kenya and its not listed anywhere |

The OS file for the 8700c is quiet large - 68MB. When you have your BB connected to pc via USB without the battery, give it a minute & then double click on the application loader icon. On next screen if you see your device click next, insert the battery, then click next...finish to update. If you don't see your device then insert the batter while it's connected to pc via USB then proceed to update. This may take several tries to work but it will & much faster than trying to download the OS again.

Okay... I noticed something that makes me wonder: Of all the download sites, T-Mobile is the ONLY one which is a non-blackberry.com web address. I guess they must be fiddling with the OS before they put it up?? Perhaps that is one reason why I have had so damn much problem with it?? Anyone know????

Yogich - Verizon Wireless is also like that. At each of their sites you are required to enter your wireless account number to download any blackberry OS updates.
