    8100 OS Upgrade?

If anyone has another link I can use to download this, I would appreciate it. I have been to T-Mobile.com (US Site) and I keep getting a high download volume message and it won't let me upgrade the software. Thanks.

Update: Found it in this thread. http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...load_list.html

    Thanks zeyrah.

http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ade_trick.html Try using F5 to refresh as stated in the thread. And why not just upgrade to Cingular .71 instead? Doesn't have the delay when answering phone calls.

How do I change the vendor code in the .71 OS? My dm won't let me add it to my BB!

You gotta delete the vendor.xml file. Just search your c drive for it, delete it then try again. Once the vendor.xml file is deleted, it will prompt the update when you connect your BB to the DM

    Re: 8100 OS Upgrade?

This example above is the exact reason that I do not upgrade the OS just for the sake of having the latest version.

If my BlackBerry is working fine without problems. I see no reason to upgrade.

    Cheers
