Hm. If we're all getting the same .52 release, wonder why some of us have the Wireless Upgrade option and others don't, especially when we all have the same device.

    4.5 OS for 8110

This was the closest thread I saw to what I need. Can I get 4.5 for 8110 - my search led me to RIM site and when I choose 8110 my only options are 4.3. Can I get it somewhere else?

Maybe we're not all getting the same OS! I was going through the files in my .52 java folder, someone already deleted the preloaded wallpapers. I found that kind of weird. Also, there was no CJK.alx files in the main folder but there were some chinese and korean .cod files in the java folder. It looked a little more messy than the .46 version I had before. Anybody want to comment on that? ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Newest I could find for your 8110 was 4.5.0.46

i just upgraded to .52, and my browser icon didn't show up, and when i go through a link it says that i have no browser configuration service books, and when i go to Option > Advanced > Browser there is no default browser configuration options. Any ideas?

I re-sent service books and did a battery pull, no luck. And under applications it says the browser is there.

    Thanks in advance.

    I'm on a Curve 8310.

Maybe someone else has a better idea, but my first thought would be to do a reload of your OS and pay close attention to the options (maybe even advanced settings) while the operation goes through. You have to delete the vender.xlm file again. One other thing...I've notice that some are have issues that others are not and it almost sound like there may be a couple of different versions, or at least ones that someone may have tampered with, so make sure you are downloading it from a trusted source (one that someone else you know can vouch for)>>>Good luck!

This actually happened the first time when i installed .46 a few days ago, and i thought upgrading would fix it and it didn't.

You might try installing it without the battery in...this is how:
    http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ead.php?t=5178

I had to do it this way while installing .37, after I got the dreaded 507 error. It works, but if you are using DTM4.5, you have to carefully put the battery back in after it starts to reboot (think DTM will say something like "trying to read JTM" or something like that).
