Is Puerto Rico roaming or International roaming

I might be taking a trip to Puerto Rico. I have a Nation plan. Is PR considered part of the US for the purpose of rate plans? Voice only? Voice and Data? I tried navigating their international page, but it doesn't seem to mention if it's an extra charge.

Good question. I don't think it's int'l roaming. But its BEST to confirm with carrier. Hopefully the first rep you ask has an answer :S.

Best way to tell is to go to the ATT site and check out the coverage map. PR is an American Territory so I wouldn't think it would be int. Roaming if it is actually roaming at all. I don't know for sure but hopefully someone else will. I would like to know for sure myself. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
