Hi all, not new to this, but am kinda stuck by an errror I got here.
I downloaded the appropriate file, started the restore process and got the following error: Cannot restore readonly database(s) on device. I hit ok, and it goes back to main backup restore screen.

Ideas?

BTW tried what the post in #17 said too and that didn't work.

My company pulls activates and pulls down our servies books from the entrprise server. How would I do this since my compnay does it this way. I am not sure how that would work but if you know pleasse share it.

I am really technically challenged. My yahoo messenger just quit on june 30th. said the license expired. How do i get back on yahoo messenger again?

Can anyone walk me thru the steps to get be back going? I must have been on some trial sw, as i thought yahoo messenger was free.

my carrier is sprint. i downloaded yahoo messenger on my phone but its telling me i have to activate my handheld to be able to use it!!! what do i do??? my bb device is 8830 world edition!!

Hi there, it's the first time I send a message but I'm a stubborn person and until I get a response I don't stop. For days now I was searching all over the internet besides here on how to download Y!M, well today I called Cingular I spoke with a tech that walked me through the process of downloading Yahoo Messenger, well theey walk me through the process, 1st Go to MEDIANET home 2nd scroll down to Mail & Messaging once in there go to IM download it once downloaded choose Yahoo Messenger and it works fine, on you BB screen go to the BB screen and you'll see the icon of the figure of 2 people it will say INSTANT MESSAGING when you click it with your trackball you'll be able to choose where to sigh one Yahoo Mess, AOL, etc.. The tech at cingular said that starting June 11th cingular was allowing Yahoo Messenger. I don't know if this was known here or not and if not I hope it helps. My messenger works fine so far. I love this website it's vey helpful.
