How do I recieve a browser network service on my Blackberry Storm 9530
Here is the problem I recently purchased a Verizon Blackberry Storm 9530 Unlocked from a user on ebay. I purchased it unlocked because I have an at&t service and they don't have the Blackberry storm 9530 for at&t it is exclusive to verizon, well now it's unlocked and I can send and reicieve calls and text messages and all but I can not browse the internet on the Blackberry browser! The phone is in great condition and it works great though! I have tried almost everything but everytime I try and go onto the browser it says: Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device. So I did some research because I know some people have the same problems and i tried to get the Service book entries resent to me and I did a battery pull and turned the phone back on, but they were not resent to me, so I finally ended up calling my service provider which is at&t and told them I recently bought a blackberry from the internet and I told them everytime I tried to use the browser that same message came up, well she did some research of her own and she told me it is because my data plan is different and I need the Blackberry data plan, which made alot of sense and i thought I was all good! well then she asked me for a certain number on the back of my phone well the number wasn't there I am assuming it is because it is a verizon phone and not an at&t phone, then I explained that it wasnt there, so she went ahead and told me to type a number into the phone and so I did, but it failed to work, she also told me to do a batery pull and turn the phone back on as well, and she was very confused, so she went ahead and sent me to another person, but before that they wanted me to type in another number but this number wasn't on the phone either, which I'm not sure of! So I am basically trying everything I possibly can! there is no service book entries on the phone or anything, which I think the solution to that problem is to get a Blackberry data plan, but like I said I tried that over the phone with at&t. I'm not sure exactly if I'm doing the right thing or not. So can someone please contact me asap on what to do?
