Re: Talk 4ever...New Service

How does this work if you don't have a house phone? My husband and I only use our cell phones for communication. I'd love 2 lower our minutes if this will work for us. By the way, we already have a linksys router 4 our enternet. Earlier it was mentioned that these usually are compatible with this service.

Yes you should change it to the talkforever, and around April is when the home aspect of it should be released nationally. I'll handle your account Melissa

when did they say that, I didn't think they were going to release it for flex pay customers at all. Only cutomers on non flex-pay or prepaid accounts or smart access.

PM me when you can

if you use a homephone you'll need a new router. The way it works is the new router will have a sim card slot, you'll activate a tird line on your account and that would be for your "home phone" you'd put the sim card in the new router and plug a home phone into the router and now you have a landline and your to cell phones, with the talk forever feature for 9.99$ you'll have unlimited calls from your home line and your cell phones. Whenever you are at home or a place that has free wifi your calls are free, you'll definately be able to drop your minutes with this service.

Am I understanding this right? By doing what you've just explained, I'd also be gaining a home phone line on my T Mobile account? All 4 just 10 bucks? And of course the 50 for the new router.

Let me ask you this then, will this talkforever include international calls??

Sorry for asking, the answer was on TMO's site under the plan's description
"Make and receive unlimited nationwide calls over Wi-Fi both at home or at any U.S. T-Mobile HotSpot location anytime ? day or night."

Re: Talk 4ever...New Service

just like a regular cell phone plan it will be free nationwide calling, but not international. i'l sure you will be able to add nationwide calling though at a discounted rate.

again, if you already had H@H and not at the promo price of $9.99, call 611 and make sure you change it over to forever talk and get the new pricing.

Johnny, i was going to PM you but figured you might be overwhelmed, so hopefully you will see this.
I already have 3 lines on my account right now, how will this work with the new router if i wanted to add a 4th line for the home phone?
Also, i just purchased the Tmo router, will they be giving discounts to people who just purchased this when the new one comes out? This sound slike a good deal and i am thinking about switching it.

I've had this service since it started for $9.99

Glad they lowered it though.

Re: Talk 4ever...New Service

Ok...now that I am getting a better understanding on this if you add the home line @$9.99 with the new router then there is no additional charge for the unlimited UMA minutes. Only the one $9.99 charge....

If this is correct then all of us that use H@H are essentially getting new FREE home phone service!!!!
