One sprint can repair whatever they sell... Its more of a pain to repair charging ports cuz they cud b to the point where the board is broken so some techs order a phone and yes it is prob refurbished but looks new and it has to meet standards before you get it so relax when you get a refurbished phone...

Its three claims a year and sprint does not cover physically damaged phones ne more so if your screen is cracked your sol...

This is what you do go to sprint.com find a store then click repair and only choose one on the top half which are all corp store...

Ihad to replace my curve completely three refurbished phones later they give ma brand new tour there refurbished replacement phones are garbage . switch from nextel to sprint same company had nextel for 6 years switch to sprint and there phone where just garbage last three months and break sad
