you jus saved me 10 bucks on my bill!!! didnt take that long either. all you gotta do is asked to be transfered to the blackberry tech dept. and they find it in a heartbeat! thanx again :-D

If anyone is having trouble with customer service ask to be transfered to BB technical support. The plan is not offered in the regular service plans and is only avaiable for Sprint BIS accounts. Hope this helps anyone.
The code is for CDMA not for IDEN/nextel.

Yeah, I pestered them enough that I found this out when I bought my BB. Seems only right after having to pay $40 a month extra for the data pack.

Pinstack rocks - I just called Sprint BB tech support. The guy said the unlimited text messaging was $10 a month, not $5. I gave him the code and he was able to locate the deal and hooked me right up! Thank you so much for this tip!
