"NXTl" (Data is unavailable)

Is anybody else having a problem with Nextel's Data?
I did the hard reset (battery pull) and still get "NXTl" .
So I was wondering if anybody knew if Nextel was having a problem with data.
It was working earlier today.
I'm in New York

Thanks, but that was the first place I went to, when I notice I wasn't getting any data.
Well anyway it started to get the Data about 20 mins or so ago.
We had some heavy rain and high winds here, so maybe something happened.
Anyway like I said, it's back up and running.... Again thanks!

I get that problem rather frequently. 9/10 times I can fix it by just going to "Wireless On", and turning it off, and then back on. If that doesn't work, then turning the phone off and on does the trick. Don't forget though, your wireless will have to re-recognize with the network when you turn it off. Sometimes this can take up to 3 minutes.

you can always try the Master Radio Reset under options, security options, general settings, while in general setting anywhere click the wheel and on that menu choose Master Radio Reset pass code is 0000......then you turn your wireless back on and that usally works

Ive been calling nextel all night. My browser and nxtl dissappeared. At first I thought it was just a glitch but then I went to compose an email, and it said "can only save draft no message service found". I thought humm this is weird, I did a master radio reset-didnt work, I took the battery out, still nothing. I called nextel 4 hours ago, the rep said oh your service books are missing, she said wait 30 minutes and everything will be fine, she fixed the problem. I called nextel back after waiting 30 minutes for nothing, the rep now tells me its a nationwide problem wait untill in the morning, it should be fixed by then...OKAY is this only happening in California?? OH BY the way my husband cant get emails or data....???

bberryblonde, you said you and your husband both cant receive emals, then it has to be a network issue. Have you resent your service books?
