Guys i'm having a problem. I have a 9300 curve and i have the desktop thing downloaded from blackberry. Thing is, i can't conect. it says connecting in the desktop program but then after a while just says that i have to enable the mass storage or something and it is already enabled.

I already downloaded the bb storage activation and it says it doesn't recognize please download a newer version of the program or somthing.

Any help please? thanks in advance.

You can try the method in the first couple of posts of this thread or try this:

Connect your device to the PC via the USB cable, then click on this link to run a fix program.

    Wait till reboot
    close

You might need to reinstall the OS on your device.

he's right you might need to reinstall your os if you decide to do it heres what you do
first make sure you have the os you want to install you can down loaded from blackberry.com or from your service provider
then just follow these steps i found on you tube here the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzgyP...layer_embedded
it helped me out a lot when i accidentally unplugged my blackberry in the middle of installing some service books
    hope it helps

Connect your device to the PC with the USB cable then run this: http://www.blackberry.com/hotfix/2009fall/calfix.exe

If that doesn't work, go to the first post in this thread and unzip the file. The batch info is in there. All the instructions for that method are in the first few posts.

walter, you have to unzip the file in the first post, then follow the instructions in the first few posts.

First, though, connect your device to the PC via the USB then click on this link: http://www.blackberry.com/hotfix/2009fall/calfix.exe

If that doesn't work, follow the other instructions.
