    Lightbulb Bold 9700 Will not Snyc with PC?

    For some reason I can not sync with my PC. I have the latest software on my PC. I'm running Win # 7 . I have deleted everything on 6.0 or 6.1 and rebooted. Loaded again, it just will not see my phone. Can you tell me is there a patch ? I need some help please

    Does the PC recognize your device and DM doesn't?

    Does DM recognize your device and you just can't sync or DM won't see your device at all?

    I'm about to head out for awhile, but will get back to you later this evening.

    I did that twice per what was posted. I just does see my device.

    Sync issues

    It does not recognize when I hook the USB CABLE to the PC and the device. Yes I'm trying to sync both Contacts, Calendar.

    Try a different cable and also use a different usb port just to make sure it's not one of those two things. Do all this AFTER re-booting the computer.

    Start fresh with the basics.

    Plus plug the USB into your device first then into the PC, this sometimes makes a difference in theory the PC should recognize your phone as an external drive

    MAke sure that you use a USB data cable, try to use another USB port.. then let us know if you still have those issues.
    And maybe try to reinstall the DM, it can also be related to the device manager.
