If all I had to do was pay Garmin the one time fee of $99.99 I might consider it.

    Anyone have any answers?
its just for garmin and its a one time fee
the reason google hasnt figured it out is because of verizon... apparently Google is trying to gather too much information from our devices and Verizon will not agree to it

I used the trial garmin and I really liked it. I should have bougt it over the holidays when it was 80 bucks. Oh well I am going to buy it here sometime soon I'm just waiting to see if it goes on sale again.

I like to use BBMaps to for it just follow me and give me my speed. But like Catstide said Garmin gives Turn by Turn directions. VZnav is ok, but i just like the interface of garmin better.

    vSOD

Not sure if this is 100% correct, just an observation, but has worked since I have done this: To avoid the vSOD which takes ~4 minutes more on your phone startup process... when you do a bat pull, hold the battery out, away from contacts for ~30 seconds and then put it back in and startup
