Thinking about the Blackjack(currently a BlackBerry user)...

I am a new to the PDA/Smartphone world. I had my BlackBerry 7130c for a few months now and love it. I use the BlackBerry BIS service and use it mostly for personal use. I like the push email from my yahoo email account and I like being able to surf the web. I have a small side business and I am not able to access certain websites at work and that's why I bought the BlackBerry.

I played with a few Windows mobile devices and found them to be a bit sluggish. Navigating seemed to be slow and they froze up on me a few times. Never had any issues or complaints with my BlackBerry.

I am a little curious about 3G. Is it noticeably faster than EDGE when surfing websites? EDGE works for me, but I would not mind more browsing speed.

How would I get my yahoo email pushed to the Blackjack? Is there software, etc required? Easy to set up? Costs?

How much is the unlimited data plan for this device?

I guess I'll wait for a 3G BlackBerry device after I buy the Pearl

    Isn't Blackjack a card game?

My questions are also directed towards Windows Mobile phones in general.

I checked out the Blackjack at my loacal Cingular store today. It looks and FEELS like crap. The keyboard is so cramped. Suretype keyboards all the way IMO. Can't wait to get a Cingular Pearl!!! I can handle not having 3G for a while.

The Blackjack is a prety cool looking device to me...but I'll stay with my BB. Here's a look at the Blackjack and the proposed Motorola Black Q...The NORMAN:

    Norman:

The Motorola Q Norman is in black casing, has a brand new design on its keyboard, the keys are now flatter and bigger. More shortcut keys can be found at the bottom of the keyboard, including shortcuts to media player, camera, calendar, contact list and volume control. The back of the smartphone revealed the Vodafone logo, gonna be a vodafone exclusive on this design. Other than the keyboard changes, the Motorola Q Norman (Motorola Q Pro?) will also gets a 2 megapixel camera, mini USB connector and latest Windows Mobile Smartphone Edition OS
In the last month Motorola Q Pro rumor, the upcoming device is said to squeeze updated hardware into a black casing and come with the company’s own MOTOPRO Mobility Suite, back-end software that enables remote device and application management such as disabling the built-in digital camera. It also include a firewall, email encryption, support for VPNs and intrusion detection, all headline-grabbing stuff in the business world where Motorola have definitely set their sights.

    Blackjack:
