On my S4 when listening to music on bluetooth or wired headset when I get a notification my sound dips in volume. It seems that it dips down to the max level before you get the warning about losing your hearing. To fix it I just have to pause the music and hit play again. What's it doing and how do I fix it?
The notifications are overriding the music app. I believe (not 100% sure) setting notifications to vibrate will solve the issue. Use an app like tasked or automateit to set to vibrate when music app open/playing and back when not.
Or just do a profile, although never used one.
I'll have to look into it. Mine does what your saying but the volume comes right back up. Been so long since on touchwiz that I don't remember if there's a setting or not. Try a different player to see if its the OS or the player.
Right now I'm using Apollo just because I want simple. I think PowerAmp worked as I described. I have about 4, switch as mood strikes.
