I like it also. Battery life is way better than my old storm but I reduce a lot of features to save battery. This was a great choice for me.

Yea- It is allowing you to run any of the custom roms out there, of which there are a bunch- If you need any hints/advice, I have run at least ten different roms in my G1 since rooting it- and they all have their advantages/low points- that is the beauty of it- you can choose what fits your needs and style- Chris

Not from experience, but from research, Cyanogen Mod seems like it would be my first choice.

Thats a good choice. Try as many as you like to find the 1 for you. I choose the Official 1.6 Donut ROM. It has proven to be the most stable. Its fast and smooth.

I can't wait til Nov.18th I want the Behold 2 or this phone I saw today its a LG GW620
    This phone looks so sweet
Its exactly what I'm looking. I wish the Behold 2 was a slider.
I just don't like how the Cliq looks for some reason.
I'll check back with y'all some to learn how to root & the pros & cons of rooting.

What method did you use? Make sure you check "allow non-market apps" in the settings.
You can PM me if you have more trouble.
