~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~i don't think you'll see any new Nextel phones anywhere. The FCC took their airspace for emergency services use starting in 2009. That means that to operate on their new frequency every customer will need new equipment. This was a major factor why Nextel had to merge with somebody. As we all know Sprint was the successful merger partner.
