    I think CWM was just a baby when I left Android. I think I remember having some kinds of problems with it but I'm sure it was just because it was new.

    ^^^ Same here, dude. I was a champ with BlackBerry and got really comfortable with the iPhone, but for some reason I have a mental block when it comes to 'Droid, rooting, etc. Glenn has said if he can do it, so can we, but man, it just seems so complicated comparatively. I'm just getting old..... lol

    I was fairly comfortable with rooting before so I'm sure with patience and a lot of coaching it will come back. The confusing thing is the different ways to do the same thing...and trying to figure out which is better. Different people swear by different methods.

    That's what confuses me, too. Why can't somebody come up with a tool like evasi0n or absinthe or something where you push one button and you're done?! I know there are toolkits out there, but it's definitely confusing.

    Samsung = easy root
    HTC = Pain but somewhat OK
    Haven't rooted a Sony or lg, but I'm guessing they're not being looked at.

    I don't think I'll ever leave Apple entirely. OSX is just too good. Same with the iPad. You flip flop every couple months anyway. .

    Love my iPad. Loved my iPhone, too. Just got to be too small for my tired, old eyes. They come out with a larger screen and I'll be back.
