    Stuck stock, no root.
    This is killing me.

Somwthinhs up with my data, can't get files needed.
Ugh. I'm on dial up speeds. If I didn't know bwtter I would swear I'm being throttled. I keep files to return to stock on card.

Please Sprint have mercy on me.

Really, how do you guys handle stock? So...boring.

Other than the bloatware, I'm kind of digging stock right now on this S4. Apps that previously wouldn't work on an unrooted S3 are working on the S4. And the speed of this thing is crazy, so no need to overclock.

Something is very wrong. Overheating and lag on typing.
May have to visit Sprint tomorrow.

Never had a Samsung go south on me. I'm hoping I can solve this.

Still fiddling with my Note II to get it tweaked.

Dude forgot to put the stock email app back on the device after he rooted and removed all the bloatware, but we got that back. I still think something's missing, though because while I get the envelope notifications up in the status bar, there's no red number on the envelope icon and there are no counters in the email app itself telling me how many new emails per account. I can only tell when I go into each individual account. I don't think it's a setting I'm missing, but I could be wrong. Also, do you guys remember if it was a red envelope or a yellow envelope for mail on your Notes? The one we loaded yesterday is yellow, so I'm wondering if it's not the right .apk.

    Get a custom ROM Roger.

Yesterday started with Sprint picking on me. Bill was paid but my line apparently wasn't credited. Cassie's worked, the main phone on the line worked, but I had no data and messages to call Sprint and pay up.

I didn't think about it being sprint when I woke up and didn't have data. So I flashed some backups, modems, and back to stock when they didn't work. It was when I finally gave in and called Sprint that I found the issue. Hadto work so iI was stuck stock all day.

Turns out the newest modem doesn't like my area. Struggles to find a signal. Older works fine. I was just too tired to figure it out.

Good thing I keep all the modems on my SD card as well as backups and the files needed to return to bone stock. Covered for everything except Sprint not giving me credit.

Glenn will probably be better at explaining it. Since you prob have a custom recovery should be a piece of cake, provided you get a ROM that's for that model and backup (nandroid) first.

I'm headed to work. Will check back on breaks/lunch. You're rooted, now have fun

Newest stock T-Mobile with root. Deodex and odex.
Nandroid first. Nandroid first. Nandroid first.

Also some aosp there but you will lose some note specific features.

    BTW, nandroid first

I'd nandroid this one too afire flash, be sure recovery is saving to SD card and not internal. Will help this evening once off.

Best I can do. Off to work.

Problem is I can't mount my 64gb SD card, which worked fine in my SIII. I'm reading it might be because I'm rooted and card needs to be formatted FAT32. Dunno. Gonna try that and see what happens.
