Going to try this.
I am very happy with the design, plastic and all. While some feel it has a cheap feeling, I don't. Perhaps not as solid as a metal device, I'll have to wait until Cas gets her One to decide, it feels solid and good in hand.
I like the overall casing better than the s3. I can't put my finger on it but I just like the look better.
Touchwiz is better. Maybe its the quick toggles or maybe its that I have grown a little tired of Vanilla Android. I haven't used the cameras special features yet, but I did notice the bump in the camera.
The device is quick and responsive, as it should be when jumping to a quad from dual. Ive grown fond of the screen improvements as well.
I dont care for the stock browser or Chrome. Neither reflows text well at all. Im using dolfin for now, and not thrilled with it.
Battery life is better, but I havent used it properly. I keep flashing mods and rebooting.
Im on stock tw, deodexed, with a 4 way reboot mod (recovery, reboot, hot boot, off), and hotspot mod. Ive installed Xposed with Wanam module and changed the colors I wanted as well as music skip/volume control and a few others.
Im really looking forward to using this more. I totally happy with the device so far.
Everytime I went to xda dolphin would continually reload the page.
So I've got what I need. AOSP browser, AOSP MMS app, and I've tweaked the hell out of the rest. Between Wanam, Xblast I've the look I want. With the mods I've added the features I am used too.
that is why I prefer Android. With a little effort I have the device that is near perfect. All I need to do is find the perfect keyboard and I'm set. Love this one but doesn't have a custom dictionary. If it doea then I accidentally deleted it....
