    Ok, it seems like Google has finally found some use for Google Goggles... Because as a Standalone APP it is/was terrible, but...

    Yes Google shopper has been introduced with multiple features such as scanning, history, bar code scanning, friend search & voice search, I have little concern over this feature, because such applications are based on voice frequency & there should be pin drop silence for voice recognition. Any disturbance can effect the recognition process.

    Actually Google "Voice input" is very very responsive (at least on the Droid and Nexus)
