    Hello panoudinmi, welcome to pinstack.

On all my BB's if you go into the profiles and edit the current profile you can change it to not vibe. Try that see what happens.

    panoudimi, Welcome to PinStack.

On the Pearl, go to Profiles and scroll all the way to the bottom and click on Advanced, then Click on the Profile that you want to change, Then click on the Alert you want to change. No you can edit all the settings for that alert. Be sure to Save when exiting.

Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help with this problem or your BB.
