i need to know briefly how to get a hiphop ringtones from music file on to my cellphone.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I use www.coolservice.dk/en/compatibilities.php. Go to that site from your pc, load the ringer using the sites upload tool, then visit wap.coolservice.dk from your BB and put in the special id, and when it plays just click the trackwheel and save it to your phone.
