Is there anything other than Roxio that you can use?

I cannot stand trying to use roxio media manager. I have never seen a program this slow in my entire life. I've been trying to upload photos from my BB to my computer now for like an hour and the program keeps f'ing up and not responding. Does anyone know of something else I could download that works better?

    Detailed...

on BlackBerry > options > media card > enable mass storage mode.

Now when you plug the BlackBerry into your PC, your MicroSD card will be recognized as an external HardDrive.

Open that directory, then open the BlackBerry folder, then you'll have access to:
    Music, ringtones, pictures, videos, etc....

Drag items from your PC directly to these folders.

I deleted Roxio media manager after about 2 days of use a long time ago lol.

i'm gonna jump on the 'mass storage mode' boat here...

i NEVER choose the DM with roxio anymore...you are right, slower than molasses

put the bb in mass storage mode and use it like a flash drive -- drag and drop

    Any benefits to Roxio?

I have used roxio twice and uninstalled it immediatly. Theres no point as far as I see. Drag and drop is quick, easy, and is better for my PC.

Is there any benefit to Roxio?

i think rem file is some sort of maintenance file. make sure you are looking in the right folder. should be computer>blackberry>blackberry>pictures

ok I figured it out...for anyone who also has this problem, on your BB go into options, then media card, then encryption mode, then change it to none and save.
